Been a while since I have been here, but looks great, employees are nice and helpful. Nice bar and grill. Lanes are in great shape and everything works. This just maybe is a new hangout! Awesome arcade and laser tag too
Pleasantly surprised. It’s a West Side gem! Clean up to date bowling venue with a really nice arcade. They also offer laser tag and an escape room. Will definitely go back!
I’ve been Bowling at this alley since it was Big Western, and this is my favorite version of it so far! Has that old school bowling alley feel, but had been beautifully updated to be “retro-chic” if that’s a thing. Lol super clean, very appealing on the inside. Still cheapish bowling with an arcade and laser tag. Kids had as much fun now as we did back in the day. Great, old school westside staff. The food now was surprisingly very good. The chicken tenders were super hot and fresh, as good or better than you’d get at any restaurant (like caines, cough) the hand cut fries were great. We got pizza for the kids and it too was better than expected. Really liked it.

This was our 1st time here. We had so much fun. Food was good. Bartender was awesome. Grandkids played games and laser tags. People were friendly
Horrible customer service. We were there for a birthday party and brought cupcakes. We were told we couldn’t bring outside food and as we were leaving we witnessed others with white castles. I’m confused as to why that was ok but not cupcakes for a birthday party.

The restaurant sucks. It's super generic food and not prepared well. The menus aren't accurate (which is a violation of Ohio law on false advertising, but I figure I'll post here first to give them a chance to get their s**t together before complaining to the attorney general)..
We got a burger, onion rings, soft drink, and personal pizza. It cost $40. The crust on the pizza was great! I love a crispy crust. But the toppings were cold. Only about 30% of the cheese was melted. And this was one of their advertised specialty pizzas! Not some custom monstrosity. I didn't make a single topping substitution.
The staff were very attentive and were very polite even though they were short staffed. They worked extremely hard to make sure my son had a great birthday party!!
